ok guys, my neighbor has a little 85 nissan pickup and he wants me to get it running it has a carberator and as far as i know they had fuel injection in that year, and the carb is completly shot and he wants a new one, but i cant find out wat it is, so can anyone help me out here? thanks

86.5 was the first year for TBI.

ok, but my neighbor said that motor originaly had fuel injection, well regardless what kind of carberator is it so i can get the truck running.

That engine should be a carbbed Z24 engine, They were also called NAPZ engines. From 1986 on, it carried the same engine now called Z24i because it changed the carby for a TBI.- All had dual spark plugs.

You could use a Weber Carb 32/36 DGEV for replacement.-

summit racing sells a holley reman, or you could try national carburetors. i'd see if you could take a carb off of a 240 or a 280z, probably net you a little more go power.
