78 FJ40 Stretch

My dad's been stretching his FJ40.. Thought I'd share some pics. He's using a BlueTorch Fab stretch kit with stock Cherokee leafs. Also not pictured he's got Bilstein 5150's to go all around. Rollbar removed to get it into the garage--before the stretch it was WAY tall and we're going to build a cage for it soon.

Stock wheelbase is 90-91 and he added 10" to it Naughty so he's at 101 right now. The front has yet to be touched but I think that's going to be stretched a little bit also.

painted it up

sittin on it's own.. LOW. This loweered it more than we anticipated we may be either doing add-a-leaf or getting some 3.5" rubicon express XJ pack

He has some oval clear LED's for the rear instead of those huge JEEP style tail lights. Rig will be painted another color eventually so they won't be outta place
Thumbs Up!
