I just bought this truck, and im changing just about everthing on it! This build is going to take a long time due to im a poor high school student!

Right now it has a 6" lift with 2" body on bald 36. It has a 360 C.I. with Eledbrock carb with a 4 speed and a np-203 t-case. Running a dana 44 front with either 9 inch rear or dana 60 rear( havent check yet)!

I have lots of plans starting with the interior since i have shop class i want to bring it to school to work on. Im going to build a roll cage, i just got my bucket seats[Image: 100_0296.jpg]
and just order my new floor pans today for my rusty floor pans [Image: 100_0304.jpg].

And im hopefully going to Hurcliner it next weekend!

oh yea, anyone got any ideas for a name for this build?

Michael

Thanks!

Today i started working on my truck floor pans, and im glad i didnt buy new floor pans last saturday. Look below.
I look under to see how if anything was going to be in the way to cut my floor pans, and then i find replacement pans on both driver and passerenger side! Very Happy

So before i cutting my floor pans i cleaned up my pans cuz my friend said i might be able to save them.

Before

After

So i think passerenger side is fine for now. Its driver side that worries me. My friend said the hole is small engough that i could put tape on the under the truck to pacth the hole and put Por-15 on the hole from inside the cab and that would fix it. He said it was plenty strong.

What do you think, heres the pics.

And my last question, what type of T-case is this?

Thanks Michael

i think it has just 1 shifter like the 205

i googled spicer dana model 24

i haven't found much info about them other than they are divorced, cast iron and gear driven, and have 4hi,2hi,4lo

other than that, i can't say if they are stronger or weaker than a 205

id use it and if it breaks then get a divorced 205
