Just tried to rebuild a 93 700r4 with the monster transmissions monster in a box. I have all gears except 4th. If I select 4th with the shifter it acts like its still in neutral. Pressure readings are good for every gear. I tried messing with the valve body and set it up with a trans scat kit, since i creased the seperation plate.
The only thing that gets me is when I put the shifter in OD it does nothing. It does shift up and down but not the best. I think I need to adjust the tv cable.

see the whole problem is its a 4l60 not a 700r4 and you have confused it by calling it the wrong name so it suffers a identity crisis
(gm changed the 700r4 name to 4l60 in 91 or 92 and came out with the electric 4l60E in 93 in the pickups which the trucks could have either trans depending when it was made and at what plant that year)
