69' BUILD UP (PICS) Update 11/21/09
OK I finally got started with my 69' GMC

yesterday I put on new springs and the Dana 60. today I'm getting the 14 ready to bolt up.

I'm still waiting for the Trail ready beadlocks and 39.5 IROKs.

right now its on stands BC I have no 8-lug wheels yet

next week I'm getting the crossover steering from wickedfabrication. I have a 2WD box that had new ratios in it to turn faster.

1969 GMC 4x4 shortbed 454 TBI, 14 bolt rear, Dana 60 front, high steer crossover steering, about 7" lift, 39.5 IROKS on 16" trail ready beadlocks.
1994 GMC 4x4 (tow rig) SFA, Dana 44 front, 14 bolt rear, Crossover steering, PSC Hydro assist, about 7" lift, H1 double Beadlocks on 37" Humvee tires. Soon to come (Cummins 12 Valve)

Man those are my favorite body style chevy/GMC pickups. Ive been wanting one of those since I was 13 but havent found one in decent shape that was reasonably priced. Looks like it going to turn out awesome. Thumbs Up!
