1995 chevy TBI to carb swap help plz THANKS!

I converted to carb on my 1995 chevy silverado with the 350. the truck runs and drives. But im having an electrical problem somewhere. When i turn my heater motor on the wipers turn on. And the wiper switch only works on high. but if the truck isnt running and on accessory the wipers work like there supposed to. But the heater doses not work at all. And my electronic hubbs also are not engaging so my 4 wheel drive doesnt work. Im not sure what to do. I cant find the problem. But other than that everything works. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i have to go out to my truck to be 100% sure but i don't think the heater supposed to run on acc
i need to do some thinking for the rest, you have a wiring gremlin for sure

The heater doesnt work when in ACC position, well my 97 dont anyways.

when u have it running turn the heater on the wipers turn on
