1989 range rover wheel hub conversion?

hi there.
i was wondering if there any hub conversions for the front and rear axles on a 1989 ranger rover. a chevy 6 lug conversion would be nice.

also how does the differential locks work on this thing? are they controlled by air, cable, or electric?
