bought a mint all original 86 xr250r. i ride quads and use it for long trail rides. the back shock is shot and is real springy. the front are soft but not blown. my question is will newer model xr250 shocks fit on it or so i have to get them rebuilt? and i dont what to get a used 86 shock of ebay and have the same problem. thanks Joe

get em rebuilt its only a couple hundred bucks but then you get them re valved to your weight and the way you ride its well worth the money
