1 Ton Juggy Build - Previously Slow Mo TJ
After alot of thought, well not much thought and me just wanting to destroy a good Jeep, I have decided to build a Juggy. Will use part of the stock frame, the TJ cowl, hood, and a grill overlay. Rest will be tubed out with 1 tons and a 3 and 4 link.

Last time I posted pictures I think we had just finished the cage and it sat in primer...

Got the cage painted, some minor work on the interior, new transmission, and lots of trimming!!

Sorry for the poser pictures but I went to a local Jeep Show and tested to make sure I got the bump stops correct...

They are working perfectly!

And I need to do something with my shocks because they are limiting the down travel a little much for my liking

Welded the rear so she is now locked front and rear
[Image: DSC_5803.jpg]

Got some 34" LTBs. I also lowered the Jeep 2" in the front and 1" in the rear.

Set all the bump stops
[Image: DSC_5814.jpg]

Ripped out the t-case and added in a 4:1 kit

And thats it for now. Just need to take it on a shake down run and test and tune it.

Here is the new steering. All chromoly with some big ole heavy duty hiems at each end.

Cut the factory sway bar mounts off, althought I prob would have had the room to keep them.

Also added a simply bar at the windshield hoop:

And a small bar on the stinger to keep the winch hook off the bumper since I smashed the hook a few weeks ago.

Got her all loaded on the trailer and ready to head to Rausch Creek in a few hours.

Thanks for the comments. As for the color choice, plans in the future are to cut the Jeep up and tube it all out so who knows. Just don't feel like sinking any money into paint at this point.
