'07 1500 Mirror Swapping

Hey guys,

I need to replace my power chrome mirrors on my truck. I would love to replace them with the power towing mirrors that come on the '02 and newer models. They're just to darn expensive right now. Anyways, I was wondering if the mirrors on the '98-'01 models will fit on my '97 with no problems, and also if the tow mirros from the '02 and newer models will fit my truck. I don't want to go and drop some money on these, then find out I should have asked about it first.

Thanks in advance,
Josh

yes but they are not bolt on. you will need the bases of both to make them work. and in the end seems like more than its worth.

Thanks for the info and the link man. Yeah, sounds like a lot of work for the tow mirror swap... Might have to think a lil more on that one.

Any idea on the '98-'01 black power mirrors?
