I was wondering if I would be able to run the setup listed below or if it would rub?

2001 2wd dodge ram
Fabtech 6.5 inch Ultimate lift
35x12.5R16 Super Swamper TrXus Mud Terrains
16x10 American Racing Bajas w/ 4.5 bspacing

If it would rub, could I clear those tires with the same setup and a 3 inch body lift.
I think it would. The 4x4 fabtech 5.5" has minor rubbing with 15x10's. 16x10's i am not sure about yet. but since 2x4 is lower to begin with I would think there would be some rubbing. Just a thought since i dont know to much about 2x4.
I'm getting a little rubbing on the inside fender well at full turn only. You might rub a little more with a 10" wide wheel though. I'm running 35/12.50/15 on 15x8 Weld Sidewinders.
Sanox, what tires are you running. I have heard the trxus run a little smaller than advertised size...anyone know if this is true.
Yes, the 35' tire will rub on a 6.5 inch lift. Try a L305x70x16, That is a bit smaler and wont rub a bit. Smile i know this from expreence. also check out (http://www.californiasupertrucks.com)
They make a really nice 6.5 inch lift, same as fabtech, just a hole lot stronger. Fabtech seem to break. Im not sure though.

Get a body lift on top of that and it wondt rub.
sheepdog02,

I'm running ProComp all terrains 35/12.50/15.

A 305/70 are 33's and might look a little small with a 6.5" lift. Just my opinion though.
This is true. a 305 is a 33' But youv got to think. its is a 2wd. and the 33' is only a bit smaller that a 35. Iv seen it it look ok to me. but that is somethin he dose have to think about. (the tire lookin to small)

Id say just add a body lif and ge tthe 35's
Hey dont know if yall are still lookin at what the lift would look like and if it would rub or not but i have a 01 ram 1500 2wd with a 3"bodylift and 6.5" fabtech suspension lift and a tower over my 35/12.5/16 on 16x10 steel wheels with 4" backspace. i had the 35's on with just the body lift and a 1.5" coil spacers and it didnt rub
[censored] dude you should be just fine i had a 1500 with a 3 inch body lift and i was running 35x12.5 just fine you shouldent have any trouble with that much lift
